I recently completed Dr. Rubin's perimenopause course, and I am absolutely blown away by the depth and quality of the content. While I had taken a few introductory courses before, Dr. Rubin's course was truly comprehensive, covering everything from hormone replacement therapies, their indications, and safety, to pharmacy resources and best practices. What really set this course apart were the invaluable tips and strategies for getting started, as well as practical advice on how to make patients feel comfortable navigating this important phase of life. Thanks to Dr. Rubin and her team, I have felt empowered and confident to care for my patients during their midlife transition. I was even inspired to take the exam and officially become "menopause satisfied," knowing I can help women live their finest well-being. A heartfelt thank you to Dr. Rubin and your team for all the hard work you’ve put into this course, and for advocating so passionately for women’s health. No woman should have to suffer alone—we all deserve to thrive and feel vibrant at every stage of life.

This was such an informative course. I have already started listening to it for the second time. I am in family medicine in a rural area in Texas and have been practicing clinic, hospital and ER medicine for many years. As an FM doc who has been dabbling with hormone therapy for my patients, this course was worth every penny. I have previously taken the A4M course, but this was SO MUCH BETTER (and evidence based). I was reluctant to take this course due to the cost (esp. for only 4.5hrs of CME), but it is incredibly well put together and Dr. Rubin gives very practical information. Would highly recommend for anyone prescribing hormone therapy.

I have done other course work in the HRT/MHT space, but this gets down to brass tacks which is what I wanted as a provider. What do I do? How do I write the script? How do I reduce costs for my patients? What evidence can I quickly and confidently use with patients, other providers and pharmacists. This course delivers. No more esoteric discussions, we are doing this for women!

Why weren't all of our educational opportunities in med school and residency just like this? I've been practicing family medicine for 22 years and this was by far one of the best courses/CME's I've done! I love Rachel's down to earth, straightforward, unassuming, unpretentious style of teaching. She covers the evidence and science but most importantly shares all the practical knowledge and tips and tricks for what to prescribe and how to prescribe. I've been treating women with menopausal hormone therapy since I completed my training (when the WHI dropped!) but I've been stingy with hormones and have adhered to the "lowest dose for the shortest period of time" way of thinking. That. Changes. NOW. I feel more confident and ready to take much better care of my patients. In the past 2-3 weeks, I've prescribed vaginal estrogen to at least 10 women in their 80s and 90s who looked at me like I was crazy until we talked it through. And my peri-menopausal patients are thrilled that I'm willing to treat them without them having to go somewhere else for care. Rachel, thank you so much for sharing your knowledge and experience with us. Our patients thank you too!

I was afraid this course was going to a waste of money. No. This course is validating, evidence-based and empowering. Dr Rubin is wonderful cheerleader, educator and advocate for providers and women. "What are afraid of?" was a common question she asked and it applies to anyone thinking about taking this course. Don't be afraid of wasting money. You should be afraid you will have to spend more time discussing HRT with your patients and helping them navigate this transition and period of life. But, it is,bread on the water. Patients satisfaction is very high when they realize someone will invest in them and their health and has confidence in prescribing HRT to them. They will go find answers somewhere, why not you.

I took the hormone therapy for early adopters course and LOVED it! I got a lot of great info about the history of the whi, the safety of hormones and the indications for prescribing. In addition Dr. Rubin does an excellent job teaching how to prescribe including showing us what the actual prescription would say. She is such a fantastic and enthusiastic teacher. She makes things easy to understand. You come away with actionable knowledge and confidence. She really inspired me to start offering hrt to women. It really is an issue in healthcare that we need to address and can address! I am now having a conversation with women multiple times a day about their hormones and have written multiple prescriptions since taking the course. This is the best cme I have ever done (no exaggeration). It was the most interesting to listen to and I came away from it with the most actionable knowledge. Thank you Dr. Rubin as a physician and a woman!!!!

Where to even begin? As a FNP by training, but after having spent nearly 18 years in palliative medicine, one might wonder, why hormone prescribing? Because, as Dr. Rubin has explained, this effects 51% of the entire population. We lost our way for nearly 25 years when it comes to hormone replacement therapy, and countless women have likely suffered at very least, while many have died prematurely as a result. This is important to the health and well being of all women. Dr. Rubin does a remarkable job of being succinct with factual, evidenced based information. Don't hesitate. Take the course and make implementing fundamental primary women's healthcare into whatever your practice area is. You will change the quality of life of women by doing so.
